Joanne Chuang
Head of APAC, SYKE
Joanne has 20 years of private and practice and in-house legal experience. Before joining SYKE she spent five years at Unilever as General Counsel before she was tasked to lead the global legal transformation and project managed Unilever’s Smarter Contracting project. She was responsible for the successful implementation and management of Unilever’s global legal transformation project in 33 countries within 18 months.
Since joining SYKE Joanne has led its data services, triage, and matter management division where she pioneered the use of AI to tackle revenue leakage. She now leads the APAC division at SYKE, and is currently supporting an IT Services Company with offices in ANZ, Philippines, Malaysia, US and UK as well as law firms in the APAC region.
